Before and After Case Studies
Here are a few examples of properties before we worked on them and the results after we had applied our plastering or rendering services.
Case Study One
A new large new build home where we were required to render the whole property exterior.
We used a soft white ‘monocouche’ rendering using our high tech equipment.
This type of rendering is available in a wide range of colours and is low maintenance.
Case Study Two
Walls and ceilings of this room were a patchwork of different aged plaster work and amateur DIY filling.
We gave each surface two coats of plaster skim leaving a smooth fresh surface ready for decorating.
Case Study Three
Following building works to the property, the walls and ceilings had been stripped back to basics and bare bricks.
The walls were plaster boarded then skimmed smooth and the ceiling was repaired where required then two coats of smooth skim applied.
Case Study Four
Following the installation of new electric sockets and wiring, the plaster work in this room was in a poor state.
Walls and ceilings were skimmed with two coats of plaster and they are now ready to decorate with the new wiring safely concealed.
